2026 BMW Ladies Championship in Korea — My Favorite Golfers and One Little Disappointment

This week, there is an LPGA tournament I have been looking forward to. It is the 2026 BMW Ladies Championship , held in Korea. I always enjoy watching world-class golfers compete, but there is something special about being able to watch them play in Korea. This year, players from the KLPGA Tour will also join the field, making the competition even more interesting. Tournament Schedule and Venue Tournament: 2026 BMW Ladies Championship Dates: October 22–25, 2026 Venue: Pine Beach Golf Links, Haenam, South Korea Total prize money: $2.35 million Winner’s share: $352,500 Format: 72-hole stroke play The tournament brings together top LPGA players and leading golfers from the KLPGA Tour. With no cut, the players will have four full rounds to show what they can do. I am looking forward to seeing how the competition unfolds. Sei Young Kim — Defending Her Title The first player who catches my attention is Sei Young Kim. She won last year’s tournament wire to wire, leading from the first r...

Sung Hyun Park, We Hope to See You at the BMW Ladies Championship! - 박성현 선수, BMW 레이디스 챔피언십에서 만나요!

The BMW Ladies Championship will take place in South Korea from October 22 to 25, 2026. For golf fans, it will be a wonderful opportunity to watch some of the world's best players, including Nelly Korda, Lydia Ko, Jin Young Ko, and Hyo Joo Kim. But there is one player I especially hope to see at this tournament. Sung Hyun Park. As a golf fan, I am interested not only in players' scores but also in their journeys. Returning to the top after reaching the highest level is never easy. There must be many challenges that we cannot see from the outside. That is why I hope Sung Hyun Park will have the opportunity to play her own game and show us what she can do. Of course, a great result would make me very happy. But more than anything, I hope she stays healthy, enjoys the competition, and finishes each round feeling that she gave it her best. Golf is a sport in which players compete against one another. At the same time, they must learn to trust their own swings and overcome their own...

Starting My Day by Cheering for Someone - 오늘 누군가를 응원하면서 시작하는 나의 하루

It's a rainy day in Jeju, so I'm staying home today. I'm planning to make delicious pork ribs with lots of vegetables and mushrooms. I'll also have some mixed-grain rice and take my time chewing every bite. Sounds like a lovely day, doesn't it? 😊 But there's another reason I'm looking forward to today. I'm going to watch the third round of the Aramco Korea Championship on TV and cheer for Park Sung-hyun. I don't think I've ever personally cheered for a golfer this much before! Yesterday, I watched her second-round highlights again. Her birdie putts had been so close, sometimes missing the hole by just a little. Then came the 17th hole. Her second shot was sitting in a divot, but she still hit a wonderful shot toward the green. Then she made an amazing eagle putt from about 11 meters! And on the final hole, she saved par from a greenside bunker. What a round! I was so happy watching those moments. I wanted to share a little of my recent good luck...

Park Sung-hyun Is on Fire! My Support, Part 3 ⛳ - 박성현, 이번엔 우승까지? 응원 3탄 ⛳

What a day at the Aramco Korea Championship! Park Sung-hyun finished her second round at 7 under par , moving into second place. Her putting was excellent, and her par save from the bunker on the 18th hole was simply amazing! Watching her play today made me wonder: Could she win this week? I certainly hope so! Kim Hyo-joo is also playing well at 5 under par. I'm cheering for both players! Tomorrow, rain is expected in the afternoon, so I'll stay home and enjoy the third round in front of my big TV. Good luck, Sung-hyun and Hyo-joo! Give us another exciting day of golf! One swing at a time. Keep going! ❤️ Two Unforgettable Moments! Park Sung-hyun Support, Part 3 ⛳ I watched Park Sung-hyun's second-round highlights again last night, and I was so happy I had to write a little more! Throughout the round, her birdie putts seemed to miss the hole by just a tiny bit. It was exciting, but also a little frustrating to watch! Then came the 17th hole. Even more amazing, her second sh...

What Is LET? A Look at the Ladies European Tour in Korea - LET가 뭐지? 한국에서 열리는 여자골프 대회를 보다가

These days, I keep discovering new golf stories while watching professional golf. This time, I found myself wondering about something I had heard many times before: What exactly is LET? LET stands for the Ladies European Tour . I knew the name, but I had never really stopped to learn much about it. Then I noticed that the PIF Global Series is bringing the Aramco Korea Championship to Korea, and I became curious. So I decided to find out more. What Is the Ladies European Tour? The Ladies European Tour, or LET, is a professional women's golf tour that was founded in Europe. But today, LET is not limited to Europe. Its tournaments are held in different parts of the world, making it a truly international women's golf tour. It is a separate tour from the LPGA Tour, but the two tours are closely connected. Many players compete on both tours, and some major tournaments are shared between them. So when you watch women's professional golf, you may sometimes see a player on the LPG...
